🛍️ Custom Orders With Us

We can offer any Karisma or Thuono item in your own unique choice of colours, the only limitation is your imagination.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How it works?

Once you have chosen your preferred items and colour choices, we will send you a manual invoice for payment and once payment is received your order will be put into production.

Please note that custom production time takes approx. 30 working days for Karisma and Thuono (this may be longer during holiday periods such as Christmas and Summer).

Please also note that custom orders may incur an additional charge to those listed on the website, due to the bespoke nature of your colour/design choice. Custom orders are non-refundable, except in the event that the item may be faulty, please review our refunds page for more information.

Some of our pieces are limited-run. However, if there’s strong demand, we may bring certain styles back.
