Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Pricing and Product Information

Prices shown are accurate at the time of entry, however if an item is mistakenly underpriced, we will notify you before dispatch. You may then decide whether to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP)

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron

PayPal: Please ensure your account is connected to a debit card to avoid shipping delays.

When you place an order, we use an Authorise and Charge method – your card is charged immediately.

4. Delivery

We aim for fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery.

Orders placed after Friday PM, during weekends, or on Bank Holidays may experience slight delays.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a Dispatch Email containing tracking information (where applicable).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellations become returns (see below).

Refunds typically take 5 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

6. Returns and Unwanted Items

You may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, please email us (info@theskatewearcompany.com) within 14 days to notify of your return.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, fit for resale.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please use a secure, insured shipping method and keep proof of postage. We are not liable for items lost in return transit.

7. Made to Order Items

Made to order items are made bespoke directly from the manufacturer.

Returns of made to order items are unfortunately not able to be returned, except in the instance that they are faulty. Please contact us within 14 days to report any faulty or damaged items.

8. Discount and Voucher Codes

Discount/voucher codes are for online retail customers only and cannot be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time without notice.

Codes are not valid for wholesale, bulk, or resale purposes. A fair usage policy applies.

9. Minimum Purchase Discounts

We may offer higher discounts based on basket value or quantity.

Terms and exclusions will be clearly noted in promotional emails or listed alongside the discount code.
